Located on Blvd. Diaz Ordaz, about a half a block east (to the right) of the entrance of the Mercado de Todos shopping bizarre in the La Mesa section of the city. (About a mile east of the Caliente Race Track).

Tijuana’s oldest gay bar, El Taurino, located at the corner of 1st (Artículo 123) and Constitution downtown, has re-opened. All of the waiters dress as cowboys and take an occasional break to perform a joint dance on the dance floor. The interior decor of the bar has changed somewhat, but looks nice. On Sundays starting at noon, there’s an open bar for $5 dollars that includes liquor and cocktails. The beer is of the Corona family of cervezas as before, but now includes Negra Modelo on draft!
